Returns & Exchanges for Puffer Totes: Must be unused and in original packaging for change-of-mind returns. Used bags can only be returned if there’s a manufacturing fault, such as issues with stitching, handles, zips, or printing within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace, repair, or refund once the fault is verified. Please provide photos and a brief description when reporting an issue. Normal wear and tear isn’t considered a fault. If your tote arrives faulty or defective, contact us immediately with photos at info@scrubbleau.com
