Returns and Exchanges Policy

Can I return my items?

Yes, you can return items (excluding final sale items) for an exchange or store credit within 30 days from the delivery date, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the product size label intact. Please inspect your items before returning them, as we cannot accept items that are damaged or soiled.

Discount Codes: Discount codes used on the returned order are non-refundable and cannot be applied to exchanges.
Full Priced Items: Eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund (excluding automatic discounts applied at checkout).
Sale Items: Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned. If returned, a store credit of 10% of the purchase price will be issued, and the item will not be sent back.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are available for full-priced items or items purchased with a discount code applied at checkout. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For split payments (e.g., Store Credit & PayPal), the refund will be credited back to Store Credit first.

Are returns free?

Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. Please keep your tracking details, as Scrubble is not liable for returns lost in transit. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us with photographic evidence, and we will investigate. If verified, we will issue a return label.

Can I exchange my items?


Yes, you can exchange items for the same price or an item of equal value. If your requested exchange is out of stock or if there's a price difference, a store credit will be issued.

Price Difference: No refunds or store credits for price differences at the time of exchange.
Discount Codes: Cannot be refunded or applied to exchanges.

What if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. Do not return the item before contacting us, as we won’t reimburse return fees if you haven't informed us first.

What if I return a dirty or damaged item?

Items that are dirty or damaged upon return will not be accepted. You’ll receive a store credit minus a $10 damage fee per item, and the item will be destroyed. No exceptions will be made.

What if I return items from another brand?

If we receive items from another brand or incorrect shipments, we’ll contact you to arrange a shipping label. If you have a return label from another retailer, email it to us, and we can forward it. Once with your chosen carrier, Scrubble is not responsible for lost parcels.

Consumer Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty products or those that do not meet consumer guarantees. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you need a return, refund, or replacement.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will process it and notify you by email. This process usually takes 5-7 business days.
