Can I exchange my items? 

PLEASE NOTE: The customer covers postage back to Scrubble & postage fees are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

Returns & Exchanges for Scrubs:
Yes, you can return or exchange scrubs for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days from the delivery date, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with size labels and tags intact. Please inspect your items before returning them, as we cannot accept products that are damaged or soiled.
Please note that print placement and pattern variations are a natural part of the fabric printing process, making each piece unique - these are not considered faults.
Any damage caused by ill-fitting scrubs (e.g. tearing at seams or stress points) is not covered, so please check the size guide carefully before purchasing. If your scrubs arrive faulty or defective, contact us immediately with photos at info@scrubbleau.com

Returns & Exchanges for Bags & Accessories: Must be unused and in original packaging for change-of-mind returns. Used bags can only be returned if there’s a manufacturing fault, such as issues with stitching, handles, zips, or printing within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace, repair, or refund once the fault is verified. Please provide photos and a brief description when reporting an issue. Normal wear and tear isn’t considered a fault. If your tote arrives faulty or defective, contact us immediately with photos at info@scrubbleau.com

Returns & Exchanges for Badge Reel ID Holders: Can only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged. They must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue. Minor variations, small surface marks, or normal wear and tear as a result of use are not considered faults. 

Returns & Exchanges for Scrub Caps: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please note that print placement and pattern variations are a natural result of the fabric printing process and are not considered faults - each cap is uniquely patterned. If your cap arrives faulty or defective, contact us immediately with photos at info@scrubbleau.com

Full Priced Items: Eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund.
Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Are returns / exchanges free?

Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. Please keep your tracking details, as Scrubble is not liable for returns lost in transit. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us with photographic evidence, and we will investigate. 

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are available for full-priced items or items purchased with a discount code applied at checkout. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, please allow up to 5-7 business days for it to process.


What if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. Do not return the item before contacting us, as we are unable to reimburse return fees if you haven't informed us first. Email us at info@scrubbleau.com

What if I return a dirty or damaged item?

Items that are dirty or damaged upon return will not be accepted. 

Consumer Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty products or those that do not meet consumer guarantees. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you need a return, refund, or replacement.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will process it and notify you by email. This process usually takes 5-7 business days.
