Community is impreative in healthcare because it gives us a safe space to lean on one another, share experiences, and feel truly seen by the ones who know it better than ourselves, our fellow colleagues. It is important to remind one another that we aren’t alone, that connection and support are just as vital to our wellbeing as the care we give to others. 

Scrubble was built by a nurse who loves self care and wellness, which is why we are hosting Scrubble Summer, a wellness morning for healthcare heroes and hopefully more to come here in Perth. Sometimes we pour so much of ourselves into caring for others that we forget to pour into our own glasses, and out of all the careers in the world I feel healthcare makes top of the list for needing self care the most!

I believe it is so important to care for ourselves so we are able to care for others, that’s why I’m so passionate about creating not just a scrub brand that makes you feel good on the outside, but also a community that makes you feel good on the inside, because our health matters too.
