Returns & Exchanges for Badge Reel ID Holders: Must be unused and in original packaging for change of mind returns. Used badge reel ID holders can only be returned if there is a manufacturing fault, such as issues with the retractable reel, clip or case within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund once the fault is verified. Please provide photos and a brief description when reporting an issue. Normal wear and tear, minor surface marks or slight variations are not considered faults. If your badge reel ID holder arrives faulty or defective, contact us immediately with photos at info@scrubbleau.com.
