Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

  • Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of receiving them 
  • Delivered by Australia Post with tracking via their app or website

Returns & Exchanges for Cases: Must be unused, used cases can only be returned if there is a manufacturing fault, such as issues with stitching or zips within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace, repair, or refund once the fault is verified. Please provide photos and a brief description when reporting an issue. Normal wear and tear isn’t considered a fault. If your case arrives faulty or defective, contact us immediately with photos at info@scrubbleau.com

Costs

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility (except for faulty/incorrect items)
  • Scrubble is not liable for lost returns, so keep tracking details

Refunds

  • Available on full priced or discount code applied items
  • Processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
