Returns & Exchanges for Cases: Must be unused and in original packaging for change-of-mind returns. Used cases can only be returned if there’s a manufacturing fault, such as issues with stitching or zips within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace, repair, or refund once the fault is verified. Please provide photos and a brief description when reporting an issue. Normal wear and tear isn’t considered a fault. If your case arrives faulty or defective, contact us immediately with photos at info@scrubbleau.com

• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility (except for faulty/incorrect items).
• Scrubble is not liable for lost returns, so keep tracking details.

• Available on full-priced or discount code applied items (not sale items).
• Processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
